Name Bracelets
We are a small but growing business, making personalized, macramé name bracelets. We have two locations: one in Seattle, Washington, in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States; and one in New Orleans, Louisiana in the U.S. Gulf coast. We handcraft each bracelet locally, and our primary retail locations are right downtown at Seattle's historic Pike Place Market, where we have been doing business since the beginning of 2006; and in the French Quarter at New Orleans' French Market, where we have been operating full-time since the end of 2012. If you are going to be in the neighborhood, we'd love for you to drop by and say hello. We are open most days, but we may be in different locations within each market, so please Contact Us (preferably by phone) if you plan on stopping by. We can tell you exactly where to find us.
We love our customers!
When you give us your business, you won't just get a bracelet, but our sincere appreciation as well. We have noticed that (in general) customer service is not what it used to be. As a customer, when a merchant or company goes out of their way to make you happy, you might find yourself thinking, "Wow! They were SO nice." We think it is unfortunate that great customer service has become the exception rather than the rule. But we view that as an opportunity to make our customers think that we are really nice, and to want to do business with us again.
